when i try to take pictures from the back camera many a times the camera blurrs the image for certain seconds. So if it is a printed document it is not readable. For clear images i need to turn ON flash even when there is enough light available. I dont know how flash light makes the blurring go away automatically

I request samsung to please improve the camera of J7 Prime so that it does not blurr randomly.30337af0-1423-496b-9230-6bf60e5b2708.jpg

yes its clear like the one you showed but there are times when the camera just bobs and its repeative so i have to wait for nearly 3 minutes just to take a clear picture like that of yours.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine the issue faced by you in your device.

- Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity).
- Hold the device steady at a specific distance and tap on screen to focus.
- Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting).
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
