Not gettin software update notification automatically

in my j700f i am not getting sofware update notification automatically when it arrives ,i have to check manually for the update everytime.

i think it is because of power saving mode

but my power saving mode is set at 20%
power saving mode is not the issue

Navigate to Apps > Setting > About device > Software update > Auto update > Enable.
If still facing issue then provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

auto update is also enable always, then also not getting any notification
