Battery 14% and mobile automatic trun off & open 0% battery

Hello Samsung. New bugs for j seris. Battery 14% charge but mobile trun off & open 0 % j4 plus mobile battery. What problem j seris & other seris same issue .so, please this bug fixed quickly. Samsung u old device famous you industry. So, early update & fixed the issue.

Bro, I had exactly the same issue with my samsung j7 nxt . Whenever my battery is around 20 % or less than it , and sometimes it's around 30 %, it automatically degrades to 0 % and my device gets off. I have tried almost everything like I purchased a new charger but it also didn't fixed my issue. And at last I purchased the new battery, and now my issue is completely resolved now 🙂. I am **bleep** sure that this issue is with your battery, not with your device. I suggest you to get a authorized samsung battery from their store. As far as I know , I got the battery for my j7 nxt for rs 1200. Don't get it from local store who sell it at cheap prices.
