Android Upgrade

Hi All - I am looking for android latest version upgrade to my mobile (Samsung J7 Max) purchased on 2019. I am currently using 8.1 version which is old and not compatible for my usage. Can anyone pls assist how do I upgrade at the earliest? I already raised this issue with samsung customer support today...

There is no way officially. You have to go with Custom rom.

J7 Max in 2019? Very late, the 2019 A series has great phones, like A30, which is cheap and more.
