Want android 9 and above to use certain apps

Sir i was unable to use yono sbi app in my samsung galaxy J7 prime phone due to no updation in android version since many years. I want to plz upgrade my android version to  android 9 or above

J7 Prime was released in 2016 so it's not eligible for Android 9 so that's why j7 prime didn't received any update.

Android update jitni hi latest hogi phone ki security utni hi jyada hogi and banking apps ko security jyada chahiye isliye aap yono use nahi kar paa rahe hai.
