Back of my A52s 5g came off

I have purchased my Samsung A52s 5g. Company call that it was an IP rating mobile but my mobile back panel is came off. The pasting quality was soo poor then how it will be an IP Rating.

As per your concern, we want to inform you Devices checked by an international standard rating of IP68 are deemed fit enough to withstand dust, dirt, and sand, and are resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1.5m underwater for up to thirty minutes. The devices with an IP68 rating are water resistant not waterproof.
Note: Based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Not advised for beach or pool use.

However, As your product is physically damaged, we request you kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. So that they can check the exact issue with the device and fix it at the earliest.
