Wifi issue on Galaxy F23 5G

After 1 year. The wifi is not working.
When I tap the wifi icon it tries to turn on and show turning on wifi and stays lile that and then after a minute it gets disabled again.
Tried Factory reset, did not help.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Check Settings: Do you get any error pop up, on connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network?
Note: Any prompt that says "Authentication Error" is related to an incorrect password. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance regarding changing your Wi-Fi network password.

● Forget the Network: Settings>Connections>Wi-Fi>Wi-Fi network> Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

● Reset Network Settings: Settings>General Management.>Reset>Reset Network Setting.

● Restart the Router and Mobile Device: → Switch off your Router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the Power button on your mobile device and select Restart.
→Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.
→ Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

● Disable flight mode:→ Kindly check and disable the Airplane/Flight Mode on your device.
→Check Flight Mode by swiping down notification panel on your device with two fingers to access all of the Quick Settings.
→Find the Airplane/Flight mode option and turn it off.

Done all of the above before I did hard reset. Did not help.

I am also facing the same issues. It is only 20 months having bought this phone. If you follow this community regularly, you will come to know that most of the F23 5G users are facing these issues after updating the software to One UI 6.1 (1 August 2024). This shows that there is some defect in updated software. But Samsung Customer Care is making routine standard suggestions. Authorised Service Centres are suggesting change of mother boards which cost around Rs.9000/-. So, better forget and boycott Samsung phones and buy other brand phones.

Click on intelligent wifi 6 times


Now go to labs

Change scan interval to often

Scamsung is looting the Indian consumers with selling worst quality products. Scamsung can't dare to sell these third grade quality products in USA or European countries as there are very strict laws in favour of Consumers.

Please aware others also not to buy any Samsung device in future. Scamsung must be banned in India

I have also face this issue, and customer care executive are make me fool, they remotely access my phone and do the same setting which i have did and after that they have only one and last suggestion that go to nearby service centre. I know samsung is worst but i want to experience how it is worst. and the product is not disappoint me.  it is really garbage. not go to samsung.
