Volume Control Problem in F23

Is this a bug after One ui 6.1 in F23. Whenever i turn down volume it does not decrease media volume instead it decreases in call volume. 

And while using WhatsApp i can't increase or decrease media volume its at max volume. 

To decrease media volume i have to go to volume settings all the time. Never faced this issue before One UI 6.1

Here all my volume settings are fine but why its happening then.

Will think about resetting if i don't find their customer support's reply satisfactory.

Just to clear things...
"Reset All settings" will just reset every changes (in settings) you have made using this Device.. this will not delete anything (Although back up every important data for good).

What would be the cost of samsung f23 volume button I want to change it. It's not working and its very difficult to connect to you guys.
