Volume Control Problem in F23

Is this a bug after One ui 6.1 in F23. Whenever i turn down volume it does not decrease media volume instead it decreases in call volume. 

And while using WhatsApp i can't increase or decrease media volume its at max volume. 

To decrease media volume i have to go to volume settings all the time. Never faced this issue before One UI 6.1

Here all my volume settings are fine but why its happening then.

I asked customer support but they said me that It must be the problem of motherboard issue . And mother board is too costly of fold series in that mother board I can buy a new A series . Without doing any inspection or check how can they say me that it's mother board issue ??

Ok. But i don't think its a motherboard issue. Its a software issue. Already sent the feedback to them . Let's wait what their customer support have to say about this issue.

I told them they said it must be motherboard problem
