That means it's every 3 months or 4 months ?

Quarterly is 3 months, practice is altogether is a different ball game. 

Android 12 is in beta. Samsung would be working on it. F62 would be  getting at least 2 OS releases.

They will have to consolidate release dates for user feed back fixes & features, security and OS updates accordingly.
