Samsung F23, restarting automatically, Wifi/Hotspot not working,

My Samsung F23 6gb/128gb is restarting automatically, displays "Process system isn't responding", Wi-Fi and Hotspot are not turning ON. Phone gets overheated and Network downgrade to 4G from 5G. Sometimes Bluetooth doesn't gets ON. 
I have done factory reset 2 times, gone to Samsung service center 2 times, they updated software but problem still persists. They are insisting to replace motherboard cost approximately Rs 9700.
These all issues came after software update to ONE UI 6.1 and Android 14. 
Samsung is requested to take action on this, a new software update may be released to solve these issues.

They'r right cz it's fault from PCB. For free replacement you can do one thing. Make a video of that time when probelm starts with pictures and Tag Samsung Indian on Twitter also report on members app report section email also and do a phone call also....after that one of the person will contact you and tell you yo go to service center for phone dignose where they'll check that any physical damage or not and they'll send the report directly to that assigned person. You may also call to ask that you recieved report or not. If there would be fault from samsung like as u'r saying adter software update then 100% they'll replace free of coast or may charge 500rs only.

Note:- it may take duration 1 month. You'll have to be patient cz that's only the way..so...
I've shared this to many more nd problem got cured so you do that thing....i hope i could help u my friend.

Contacted by Samsung Customer Care Support. They told it is not the software update which is causing the problem and I have to bear the cost of motherboard replacement as phone is 1.5 years old and out of warranty now. I went to Samsung service center, they updated the software, but problem still persists. They didn't done anything else then how Samsung service center is concluding that motherboard is causing problem not the software? My phone has no physical damage of any type. There is lot of people with Samsung F23 who are having the same problem. How it can be possible that all got their phone's motherboard corrupted or damaged soon after the new software update by Samsung? The Problem xame after software update. But Samsung is not taking responsibility for their action which caused damage to miltiple phone's and harrasing it's Customer who trusted upon it. Very bad experience by Samsung. I am not going to buy Samsung phone further and will advise to my near and dears to stay away from Samsung products.

Facing same issue. When we start hotspot phone is restarting.I have also 1.5 years old Samsung F23 mobile. Looks like Samsung has some manufacturing issue and should be accept that.

I have also tried to connect with customer support and there just dignose all things using device care but it's not help.

Facing same issue, phone is 1.5 years old, restarting again n again n again. Hotspot not turning on. Same issue with bluetooth. Problem started recently.
