After recent update my Samsung f23 5g is not working properly. Phone is automatically restarting and freeze on optimising app. WIFI, hotspot, Bluetooth not working. On using freeze with continuous Beep sound and turn off. Upon restart again same problem since 1 week. Battery also drains fast. I did factory reset but in vain.

They are saying to replace motherboard which costs ₹10000😭

Motherboard cost 7,020/- GST+labour charges extra. If we calculate around 1k extra (gst& labour charges) it would cost 8,020 then how it cost 10k? Did you approached samsung authorised service centre? If so please ask them about this.1738230886548.jpg

Yes, I approached Samsung authorized service centre and contacted Samsung customer care they said that replacing motherboard costs around ₹10000 🫠. Even if it costs 7k I'm not ready to pay 7k for a phone which is not even worth 7k. So I'm using my phone without WiFi, Hotspot and Bluetooth and getting random restarts while using phone from June 2024🥲. Thanks for researching about repair cost😊
