Samsung F23, restarting automatically, Wifi/Hotspot not working,

My Samsung F23 6gb/128gb is restarting automatically, displays "Process system isn't responding", Wi-Fi and Hotspot are not turning ON. Phone gets overheated and Network downgrade to 4G from 5G. Sometimes Bluetooth doesn't gets ON. 

I have done factory reset 2 times, gone to Samsung service center 2 times, they updated software but problem still persists. They are insisting to replace motherboard cost approximately Rs 9700.

These all issues came after software update to ONE UI 6.1 and Android 14. 

Samsung is requested to take action on this, a new software update may be released to solve these issues.

I am facing the same issue. My phone is just 9ver 2 years and started continuously restarting. Took it yo the service centre. The softwares update didn't work. The centre opened the phone and told me that the motherboard need replacement.

I now see that it can connect to mobile network. However cannot connect to wifi. The moment I enable wifi,it goes into around 5 6 restart cycles.

For sure thus is a hardware issue or incompatibility of hardware with the software updates.

Samsung may not be interested to solve this.

I raised a complaint with consumer forum 1915 for same issue and got the call from samsung after complaint and now they are asking me to bare 50% cost to get motherboard replaced, but why should I even pay 50% for replacing motherboard as issue occurred due to update. I will take the further followup with consumer forum team and will get it replaced for no cost as issue with hotspot wifi and looped restarting started after software update.
