I updated software(one UI 6.0) in my Samsung F23 on 13 09 24 after notification. After that facing frequent restarting. What is the solution given for this issue. Samsung not declare this issue anywhere. I can see lot of Samsung F23 customers faced this issue. Samsung did not care about this issue. Is Samsung galaxy failure model?
Will we know reason for wifi and hot spot not turning on issue after update software from samsung authorized team? All we are facing issues after software update. But they are suggesting to change mother board. Expecting genuine reason from samsung. Don't blindly asking to change motherboard or wifi IC replacing. Samsung may have simulator or labs to check. If this is samsung issue, will samsung have broad mind to accept their side issue? Purchasing 15k mobile is simple for some people. Most of people struggling to buy this expensive one. If they are not providing solution from next software update. No one will go for repair to spend 10 k to replace mother board. I am ready to send my mobile to samsung company for free. They can check issue and provide software fix. My old mobile Redme 5A still working well. If I did not receive correct response, I can send mail to Samsung CEO by sharing this conversation and send my mobile to his address if he don't have this phone.
