F23 restarting automatically

My Samsung F23 6gb/128gb is restarting automatically, displays "Process system isn't responding Wi-Fi and Hotspot are not turning ON. Phone gets overheated and Network downgrade to 4G from 5G I have done factory reset    but problem still not solved .These all issues came after software update to ONE UI 6.1 and Android 14. Samsung is requested to take action on this, a new software update may be released to solve these issues.

IF YOUR PHONE IS RESTARTING AUTOMATICALLY, THIS IS FOR HOW LONG IT IS HAPPENING, ALSO TRY TO GO IN DEVICE CARE- AUTO OPTIMIZATION ( HERE U WILL SEE AUTO RESTART IS ON THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE PHONE FEELS TO RESTART ITSELF) BASICALLY YOUR PHONE OR MAYBE U HAVE INSTALLED SOME UNWANTED APP DUE TO WHICH NOW YOUR PHONE IS RESTARTING EVERY NOW AND THEN. TRY THIS MAYBE IT SOLVES YOUR ISSUE OF RESTARTING.

A. SINCE U HAVE DONE A FACTORY RESET. WHICH U SHOULD HAVE NOT DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE, U COULD HAVE DONE A RESET FOR NETWORT SETTINGS ONLY. THIS PROBLEM WOULD HAVE GOT SOLVED.  YES IF THE PHONE GET HOT THEN IT AUTOMATICALLY SHIFTS TO 4G. I AM SURE U HAVE INSALLED SOMETHING WHICH U SHOULD HAVE NOT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

These all issues came after software update to ONE UI 6.1 and Android 14. Samsung is requested to take action on this, a new software update may be released to solve these issues.

 

BUDDY WE ARE ALSO USING SAME F23 6GB RAM 128 GB INSTERNAL. TOUCH WOOD NEVER FACED ANY ISSUES LIKE WHAT U R FACING. WE ARE HERE TO HELP U. DID U INSTALL SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE SOFTWARE UPDATE.

No for past 2 months i haven't installed any unwanted apps, and the apps i have installed everything from playstore only, past 3 days (11-Nov-2024) I'm facing this issue

Same issue for my Samsung S22 also. I have not installed any malicious apps or done any other service. But suddenly it got stuck and Began to restart and gave me pop-ups such as 'system ui not responding','one ui home not responding','process system not responding'. All these happened and I gave my phone to Samsung customer service center and they also changed the software and tried. Still it is the same error when I connect to the internet.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for resolves this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I am also facing the same issues. It is only 20 months having bought this phone. If you follow this community regularly, you will come to know that most of the F23 5G users are facing these issues after updating the software to One UI 6.1 (1 August 2024). This shows that there is some defect in updated software. But Samsung Customer Care is making routine standard suggestions. Authorised Service Centres are suggesting change of mother boards which cost around Rs.9000/-. So, better forget and boycott Samsung phones and buy other brand phones. I have ordered for IQOO phone.
