As per your concern, we would like to inform you that Samsung provides software updates to remove bugs and bring new features and more security to your device. The issue could occur due to usage and various other factors. We are currently seeking your valuable feedback regarding this and kindly perform the following steps to resolve your device issue.
● Galaxy device performance issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-reboot-a-frozen-galaxy-device/
● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache
● Close Background Apps.
● Remove third-party applications.
● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.
● Remove third-party accessories.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
● Check space availability: Settings > Device Care >Storage.
