I bought f23 in Nov 2022 it's been 2 years almost never had issue like this before. 

In August 1st week afternoon I was on the road using my device suddenly it gets switch off and switch on without any reason using genuine charger and cable etc.. no heat issue at that time .after 2 days it happens again in the evening this time it restarts several times doesn't turn ON it's on restart loop.
Contacted with samsung community and asked for the solution but no proper solution. 

Samsung Service center suggest to replace the IC which located somewhere in mother board causing phone restart loop. This problem caused wifi not work and Hotspot too
Service center asked 3k to repair without warranty or guarantee of problem that would be solved completely. Why would I pay for something which is the device issue or the brand.

Still using same device for good it turned ON after a day and now no wifi or hotspot is working and once I restart it's again in loop restart and software is updated.

Samsung is providing worst quality products on higher price . Contact a good lawyer to file the case in consumer court. You cAn file case in consumer court with in 2 years . Teach a nice lesson to Rascal Samsung. They are ruthlessly cheating the consumers
