I am using a Samsung phone F23 5G, and I updated my phone on 1st December 2024. Since then, I've been experiencing issues like the phone suddenly turning off and automatically trying to switch back on. This process gets stuck continuously for 15-20 minutes. Additionally, the WiFi, Bluetooth, and hotspot features are not working. Sometimes my 5G network turns off automatically.I have gone to my nearest Samsung service center, and they reset my phone. Still, this issue remains the same. Now they are telling me to replace the motherboard, which I have to bear at a cost of approximately ₹10,000. I swear there is no accidental damage to my phone, neither water damage. How can this issue be related to the motherboard?
Please, Samsung brand, provide me with your assistance. I always appreciate your brand, and I am hopeful you can help me to resolve this issue. Please assist me in finding a solution to fix this problem.
For more context: I am doing research regarding this issue, and there are several YouTube videos available related to the same issue. They address that this problem is regarding to CPU Reballing. I am not alone dealing with this similar issue; almost every user of the Samsung F23 is facing this issue after certain years.
