Galaxy FDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.
Galaxy device heating issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-device-heats-up-during-use/
Galaxy device auto-restart issue: Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function.
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.
If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.
Galaxy device connectivity issue: Kindly reset the network settings. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Setting.
Reset settings- Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings.
Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.
Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system apps > Search and type "Bluetooth" > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.
Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.
Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.
You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.
https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Warm Regards,

Galaxy FI have faced the same issue in Galaxy F23 and following up with Samsung customer support for the last 2 months. They will first ask you to do firmware update, then ask for motherboard replacement for Rs.9000. If you argue, they will damage your mobile at their custody in the name of water log condition, convert the software issue into hardware issue stating that your phone does not have any IP rating for water resistance and will add another Rs.7000 for display replacement.
With that cost, you can buy a new mobile.
If you want to fight, make a complaint over them in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/
