Despite the service center confirming there's a problem with my phone, Samsung customer service is refusing to address it. Instead, they’re offering a 6-month warranty extension. But what if the issue worsens within these 6 months? They’re not listening now—will they listen then? And if the problem persists after the warranty, do I have to pay for a defect that’s been there since day one? This is unfair and frustrating.

There has been a microphone issue since the day I bought it.

Same issue is my galaxy F55.
Some times in few applications like camara vedio, Snap Chat, Voice recorder etc. It doesn't take voice input.
Plz send the log files to samsung support and report it.
