Ongoing Issue with Samsung F55 - Need Help

I purchased a Samsung F55 on November 7, 2024, and shortly afterward, I began experiencing issues with the microphone during calls and while recording audio or video. I took the phone to the Samsung service center within 15 days of purchase, hoping for an exchange. Unfortunately, they informed me they couldn’t exchange it but would replace the faulty parts instead.

With no other option, I submitted my phone for repair. The service center replaced the part and returned the phone to me on November 26, 2024. However, the very next day, I noticed the same microphone issue persisted. I took the phone back to the service center, showed them a video recording of the problem, and asked for a permanent resolution or a replacement phone.

They told me to contact customer service. I followed their advice, and customer service instructed me to resubmit the phone for another check. The next day, they claimed the issue was caused by a third-party app. However, I pointed out that the app in question was pre-installed when I bought the phone. Despite this, they insisted the problem was not with the phone but with the app.

I went back to the service center, updated all apps and software, and tested the phone in front of them. The microphone issue persisted. I showed this to the service engineer, but he insisted there was no problem during their checks.

Frustrated, I escalated the matter to the service head via email, attaching the video evidence of the issue. They later contacted me, asked for additional details, which I provided. However, on December 9, 2024, I received a call saying that the service center concluded the problem was due to third-party apps. I explained again that updating or uninstalling apps did not resolve the issue and that the problem still existed.

The representative then told me, "Why do you need third-party apps? Just use the phone for calling." This response seemed dismissive and unreasonable. She suggested visiting the service center again, but when I went there, the staff informed me they hadn’t received any communication from the service head.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I am sharing this to seek advice from the community. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? How should I proceed to get a resolution?
