Despite previous attempts to address the problem, the microphone issue persists, and the device continues to experience significant lagging. These issues make it very difficult for me to use the phone effectively.

Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support and resolution from your end.

As a customer, I expect prompt and reliable assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received the support I need to address these problems.

Instead of providing a solution, I have been told that nothing can be done except for the 6-month warranty, which seems futile. If no help is being offered now, I have serious doubts that any assistance will be provided within the 6-month period or even later.

As a long-time Samsung customer, I am truly disheartened by this experience.

I'm using A14 5g 22k but still heating issue that's normal but 5g to 4g convert that's terrible 😑

Please, Go to Twitter or something this us community app not the place to write about poor quality device produced by Samsung.
