I'm using Samsung Galaxy F23 5G. Recently, I UPDATED to ONE UI 6.1. After that, device started turning off automatically and stuck in restart loop. Even the device turned on, it turns off automatically again. Wifi, hotspot features are not working at all, as shown in attached video. I saw the SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AFTER UPDATE, for this model in Samsung Members App. I tried DISABLING auto restart & auto optimisation, SAFE MODE & FACTORY RESET, but no use.

Vote for support from Samsung.
I think it is purely software issue.

Yes, it is possible. Samsung official stock ROM is available on the internet. You can downgrade with the help of Odin software. Watch some tutorials on YouTube, and you can do it by yourself.

There are so many issues with Samsung Software. Whether it was previous or latest. On my personal experience, I can say very clearly, buying Samsung Mobile is wastage of your money. I also regret to buy this bogus brand. Please try to contact Samsung Customer care , only they can solve your problem ( if there is any solution ). Don't trust on service centre. They are untrained. I visited two service centres but they couldn't solve my problem. Then I contacted Customer care number. They solved my issue temporarily. Again I m facing same problem after 6 months.

I have already sent log file with screenshot and video clips.
They said that device need to be checked physically at service center.

In service centre, they said to replace the motherboard.

As I believe it is purely a software issue ( by seeing many similar complaints in Samsung members app ), I don't want to replace motherboard.
