How is this launcher? Is it nice? 

I feel it's better than the default launcher

I told it as my opinion only .. read properly ..
I personally like this launcher itself ..
If u don't like then it's ur personal like ..

Agreed. One UI is very easy and comfortable to use.
But it lacks software optimization.
Such as battery drain.
