F23 safe mode system ui error

Yesterday i got safe mode system ui error in screen it not allow to use home button and recent button in that place it showing full black strip why it happening can any one say and also fix this next update.

Also go to settings>apps>one ui home>clear cache

Bro are you sure this is safe mode? Because as far as I have seen, in Safe Mode "Safe Mode" is written in lower left corner like the below screenshot. As well as there will be a notification in notification panal.
