Carrier name change

I don't remember how I changed carrier name nut I know when I buy a F23 I did lots of setting according to my preference but I want to change a carrier name again but couldn't find it in setting can anybody know how to change it back to normal

You cannot change this carrier name because it's default by service provider.

You can't change it but you can take it away from there
