Bug in ui

After ui 5.1, the update issue started. Please solve it. In F22

Go to recent tabs > click on settings > turn off or on show recommend apps option

Yes this is not a bug. Infact this is a feature of the phone which helps u pick your recent tabs.

Did you see the difference between two pic. One is visible, and the other is not visible . I like this feature, but visibility is the problem. Sometimes, it is visible, and sometimes, it is not.
