Thats normal on the amoled screens or a bug in security update i was also facing this.. Navigate to settings > display > vision enhancement > reduce tranparency . Boom the problems gone..
The problem is stracchy bluer. This screen shot capture in dark mode so you dont understand the problem. When i take in light mode i share screenshot so you see what is the problem
