I restart this phone daily but problem is in software so. Restarting phone not solve the problem

I don't understand the problem in the screenshot. It looks like background blurring where u need to swipe down again to show more shortcuts

The problem is stracchy bluer. This screen shot capture in dark mode so you dont understand the problem. When i take in light mode i share screenshot so you see what is the problem

Just avoid dark mode, it maybe a small problem
