Issue After Android 13 update Samsung F12

Recently I have updated my samsung galaxy f12 to Android 13 but have been facing from problems.

1.Bluetooth Issue

The phone gets connected to wireless headphones/TWS but nothing is played via the headphones/TWS except calls and songs and other audio are played through the phone speaker itself not playing through wireless headphones/TWS.

2.Display Refresh Rate 

Another issue I have encountered is when I updated my phone to Android 13 the UI feels very laggy and navigating through every apps and system UI is laggy,so to find out whats happening and suddenly caught my attention to screen refresh rate.The setting is still showing adaptive means ''90HZ" but actually the refresh rate is locked at 60HZ.Have attached Screenshot below in the comments section.

Waiting for an update to solve the existing issue from the samsung team.

Audio issue solved but refresh rate issue is still there it is still locked at 60hz.

I have updated my Samsung f12 today before this my Boulton audio airbass is working for call and audio but after update it is using only in call and when I am opening YouTube or any video then the sound is coming from mobile handset speaker. I have checked that both audio and call settings are ON for my boult airbass in Bluetooth .

Check for Software update
Audio issue solved but refresh rate issue is still there it is still locked at 60hz.
