Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Kindly follow the below mentioned steps for screen mirroring via Smart View
Step 1: Swipe down the Notification panel.
Step 2: Select screen Smart View option from notification panel.
Step 3: Enable Smart View.
Step 4: Select the desired device.
Step 5: Tap to connect TV model number.
Step 6: Notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select Allow to give permission to connect your device.
Step 7: Phone is connected with TV.
Now you can share the mobile content with TV.
If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue
