When I'm connecting my phone to my desktop or to my laptop the USB connection is not showing in the PC or in the phone.But my phone charging.So I checked whether my cable is fine by using other Samsung phones but cable is working fine. Also when I'm using my phone it get stuck usually and then it get restarted. To fix that I reset my phone but still those problems are available. Also I scanned my phone to check whether there any virus or any treats but I didn't find any of them. Also I tried to wipe the cache partition but I can't access it because in new android version it needs USB connection to do that also. So any of those not worked. Please anyone can help me to fix those issues?

When connected to PC through data cable, its not showing the drive on PC neither it shows to chnge the mode. This problem starts to occur after the software update.
