from the screenshot i can understand that the auto sync is on..if you want to off it ,just click on that sync icon...if you want more option long press on the sync icon..so you can select which all things should be automatically synced
Bro, check your back up account auto sync option..disable it or Also, check your backup account email auto sync..disable it or Go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences or just check for recently installed 3rd party apps..
the above answer is quite correct . google services and some OS services automatically enables and uses services like GPS , SYNCHRONISATION etc , for those apps and services it is does not matter whether you have enabled them or disabled from phone settings. you need to identify those core services and disable them from those app settings
usually google services like weather , cloud , play services , contact etc do trigger this services amd enable them automatically
example IF you have enabled google backup than google will automatically emable synchronisation, no matter it is disabled or not when system found any new file or change in files or contact etc , whatsapp also do cause such issues ..
so first check those app background backup etc process
