phone hangs when a call comes and poor indisplay fingerprint

Please solve the glitch that come up while a phone is ringing and caller info appears all after the ring.
Even syncing a contact is poor.

Not to mention seperately about indisplay finger print. One of the worst performance and 8out of 10 times it fails.
