i havent got any update on my samsung a54 since october and the devices motherboard was broken since its purchase but the problem starting occuring after 6 months, we seeked help but got no response, i have complained many times but got no response and one 1year passed then i got response. due to expenses issue i got afford a new phone or motherboard replacement and to make the thing work bare minimum the service centre factory reseted the phone and since then got no updates...and now phone is facing too much issues. Place kindly help and suggest what should i do
Hi, Samsung has provided various updates for A54 after October 2023. The latest one being delivered on 2024-02-20 You can check it on the following link: https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-A546E/UYO/doc.html Please contact Samsung (again) via other methods if one is not working. They have various lines available including WhatsApp, mail and call. You may also try writing to them on X (formerly twitter).
As per your query, we would request you kindly visit the service center once again from where you have done the service of the product earlier and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
