Following a recent software update, a persistent green line has appeared on the display of my device. Despite visiting the service center to address this issue, no resolution or corrective action has been taken to rectify the problem.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I have always appreciated the quality and reliability of your products. However, the lack of response and assistance from the service center regarding this display defect has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of service being provided.

I rely on my Samsung device for both personal and professional use, and the presence of this green line significantly hinders my mobile experience. I kindly request your urgent intervention to ensure that this issue is promptly investigated and resolved to my satisfaction.
