data network problems in Samsung a50

Im facing network problems in my a50. In mild network area it sudden goes down. It hasnot network stability

Samsung not done this network issue.so we change our mobiles with other brand.

due to lockdown all over india, internet
traffic is surging may be that's the issue

i also faced same issue and i was not able to browse internet and i complained to neteork service provider and after15 days they told me that there is no issue from network side and asked me check on other handset. Lo and behold i could browse internet so smoothly but for this **bleep** samsung phone I wasted so much time to get network issue resolved.
currently I am using hotspot from other handset to access internet on samsung phone

This way I resolved the network issue. I suggest you to try sim in other handset and check whether it is getting proper network coverage or not.

Follow the bellow steps to resolve network issue:

1. Check device network in open area.

2. Check device network mode settings:
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

3. Check network operator settings:
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

4. Kindly do check same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in same phone to verify the issue.
