Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we want to inform you that while using a 5G network the phone is connected to multiple networks at the same time, the battery may drain faster, and the phone may be heated more than usual. To decrease the heating of your device, the networks automatically change from 5G to 4G.
If you are facing more heating as compared to normal, kindly perform the following steps by the given links to resolve your issue:https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-device-heats-up-during-use/

Galaxy ARestarting the device is useless...the gets more heated when it restarts. Better to wait for 2min until it cools down. However this is very much irritating 🫨
