Galaxy AHello Samsung Support,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Galaxy A14 5G. My phone connects to 5G after I reset network settings, but it frequently switches back to 4G (LTE) when I’m actively using it, like when playing games or after a few minutes of screen lock. Even with power-saving modes disabled, the phone automatically falls back to 4G, and the 5G connection only returns after I reset the network settings again.
I’ve tried adjusting settings like keeping mobile data always active in Developer Options, disabling battery optimization, and turning off any power-saving features, but the problem persists.
Could you please advise if there are any additional steps I can take to keep a stable 5G connection or if there’s a setting that can help prevent this automatic switch to 4G? Thank you for any guidance you can provide!
