Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Follow the bellow mentioned to resolve your issue:-
1. Reset app preferences: Setting > apps > More options or on three dots > Reset app preferences
2. Clear paired list: Settings > connection (turn on Bluetooth) > Setting (with paired device) > Unpair
3. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app: Settings > Apps > Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > Tap on search and type "Bluetooth"' > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear data > Ok
4. Check device in safe mode: Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
If issue still persist or for further assistance, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
