Samsung Galaxy A13 4g I got update for android 13 few days ago and I upgraded from android 12 to 13 after Your current software version isn't supported. Visit a service centre I am unable to update the phone now

u should talk to customer representative....
It seem it has been crashed....

First connect to customer service via call they will try to solve it through remotely after that visit samsung care..
