I talked to support team about a72 delayed software updates ... Nd guess what they said your device probably has already got the update in December...😮‍💨 Nd they have no idea about the delay ... 😒I told them nd they said i might haven't checked updates or dont know how to update. .... Nd straight said me to go service centre 🤦🏼

The guy on chat wasn't a bad guy ... I was satisfied by him but not samsung software support team...
