Green line issue after software update. No Support. Losing trust on Samsung

Hi, I am a Samsung A73 user, started facing green line issue after update in April. Since then I have visited service center couple of times and having conversations with support multiple time since then. But Samsung is not ready to take responsibility and not satisfactory solution is provided to me yet even after 2 months of chasing.
I trusted this brand a lot as I have 3 Samsung mobile users at home, 2 desktop monitors and 1 tv of same brand. But recently due to such unsatisfactory response and no support I started to feel that may be I am trusting a wrong brand. I Samsung providing support to s series But not A series, does that mean if I am not rich to buy s series I don't deserve proper support. 8.5 k new screen really dents my monthly Financials. I urge Samsung please consider the equal parity while providing support and hoping you will still consider this and help to retain the trust I have with you.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. Meanwhile use 60 Hz.refresh rate of display. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
