Dear Samsung Team

I am using Samsung Galaxy A71 device. From today evening, my phone display got white vertical on screen.

Kindly do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Any troubleshooting steps?

Did you get it after updating your phone,or damaging it you will have to get it the screen replaced either way as samsung only provides support for devices launched under 3 years.

Thank for quick reply, but this line occurred automatically with no damage to screen or any software update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also ,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Have done the above steps. No use. This is my third complaint with other 2 with different issues. Not so good experience with Samsung. Switching to other brand.
