From past couple of weeks, am facing this new issue on my A71's display.

The display of my phone suddenly got a white vertical line appearing in the center of the screen, dividing the screen in exact two halves.

This seems to be a software issue as my phone didn't witness any kind of damage or extreme temperatures. But Samsung Service Center has a different view, infact they have only one view that its a display issue and only solution is to get a new one, which again will cost me somwhat less than a new galaxy device.

It seems the issue is line with One plus devices vertical line issue and Samsung too must come up with similar progam where Oneplus is giving a free display change to its customers...

Is it time to shift from Galaxy..???

Same Here.  From today morning, I have vertical line on my display. I went to nearest Samsung Care. They asked me to change the display, they don't even run any diagnostics. Just see the mobile and tell me that it's display issue, you need to change the device. My every family member having the Samsung phones but like this type of service I didn't expect from Samsung CareWhatsApp Image 2023-09-26 at 12.01.50 PM.jpeg

Unfortunately, it's true that Samsung no more care about its existing customers...
They just want you to get another device. In my case too, most of my family members do own Samsung devices and that's why Samsung is taking things for granted....

Probably its time to completely boycott @Samsung....

Same problem with my A71 (sudden white line after software update and service centre asking for cost rs 6500 /-)... Not expected from reputed company like Samsung... Definitely loosing out customers...

Want the display changed from Samsung at their cost... It's not our fault at all.

Very disappointing!!
