Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the poor user experience on Samsung devices—specifically the Galaxy A35—after the One UI 7 update.

Since the update, many users including myself have encountered multiple problems that are affecting daily use:

Battery drain, especially during idle hours (up to 10% overnight)

Frequent heating issues, even during light usage or while charging

System hanging and lagging, causing delays in basic tasks

App crashes and reduced overall stability

120Hz refresh rate not functioning smoothly

Missing features like clock animation and Good Lock modules (e.g., Wonderland)

These issues are unacceptable for a new device running the latest software. Users expect stable performance and full functionality, regardless of whether the device is mid-range or flagship.

We kindly urge Samsung to address these problems with a software update as soon as possible. If these issues continue unresolved, many users may be forced to reconsider their trust in the Samsung brand.

Clear cache and data from Settings > Apps > One UI Home. If still buggy, update the system.

Can't believe A35 is suffering from all this...I own a F55 on One UI 6 I was facing battery + overheating etc. I was very frustrated but after One UI 7 update, its all good.
