Usb c earphone not working galaxy A80

I dont lnow why but today when i plugged in my usb c earphone to the device its not accepting by device 

Showing usb charger connected pls help me how to solve this problem

If your device has 3.5mm jack then it is totally okay otherwise go to the official Samsung store

I think its technical error because another phone working fine

Buy DAC USB C to 3.5mm AUX.
