A50 was launched in India in February 2019. Till when it will get monthly patch updates and are there chances of it getting Android 11?

Samsung's update cycle is 3 years of security updates for 2019 devices so A50 should get monthly updates until February of 2021 after which it will be moved to quarterly basis.
