FEELING CHEATED

Its been only 2 months since i have bought my GALAXY A50,and its said to have a 15w fast charger.
At the beginning  the device performed well and showed a good charge complete cycle time. But as of now its like the fast charging functionality is removed from the system itself. It charges like a regular device with no fast charging, and its very time consuming considering its battery size. I think the problem started after the last update.
Pls resolve this problem, iam pretty sure that the error is from Samsung's part only because there are so many complaints popping up regarding the sams issue.

iam not saying it is an hardware issue....it may be caused due to some bug issue or something thats what iam saying. Samsung should bring an better update to resolve this situation.

visit service center with your charger they will assist you.

I suppose they're right :) Ps: The charging is still based on QC 2.0 so it's not very fast anyways
