Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Apologies for the delay in response. However, understanding the criticality of the situation; we had to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our employees which led to the delay in response.
Hope your issue is resolved. In case the issue still persists please follow the below mentioned steps.
1. Reset app preferences: Setting > apps > More options or on three dots > Reset app preferences
2. Try to connect device with another devices.
3. Clear paired list: Settings > connection (turn on Bluetooth) > Setting (with paired device) > Unpair
4. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app: Settings > Apps > Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > Tap on search and type "Bluetooth"' > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear data > Ok
5. Check device in safe mode: Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
